Kopi Turki Mehmet Efendi Turkish coffee 100gr
Cara membuat turkish coffe dengan menggunakan CEZVE:
- Takar secangkir air (kurleb 80ml), tuang kedalam cezve. Tambahkan 1 sdt kopi turki (6gr) dan gula jika suka.
- masak diatas api kecil, sambil diaduk sampai muncul buih dipermukaan.
- tuang buih kedalam cangkir
- masak kembali kopi sampai mendidih. Lalu tuang kedalam cangkir.
